i. 3-hours Express:
Time starts from the point the job is accepted.
For example if a 3 hour express is accepted at 1pm, parcel will be delivered by 4pm.


ii. Same Day Delivery:
Pickup and delivered by 8pm on the same day.


iii. Next Day Delivery:
Pick up today and to be delivered throughout the next day till 830pm. Preferred timings could be indicated but are Non-Guaranteed.


iv. 2 Way Round Trip:
Pickup from Point A and then deliver to Point B, after that pickup from Point B and back to Point A on the same day.


Pickup slots are available: 9am to 5pm depending on availabilty & location.

Cancellations made after request have been accepted and agent on the way to pick up are subjected to 50% cancellation fee.

Change in delivery location or wrong address would be charged as a New delivery. Additional charge will be applied.

In case of unsuccessful/non-delivery due to recepient's problem,this will be considered a new delivery job on next day. Additional delivery charges apply.

1) $25/trip

2) Exact amount $ we have paid for your order

A) Your grocery list with the quantity & brand of items in details

B)  Date and time you need items to be delivered

C) Bank transfer $25 for each order before we handle your order.
    If your order is more than $50,we kindly require u to transfer half the amount.
    The balance amount you can pay cash on the spot or bank transfer.

D) Where you want to collect your items
(We regret that Jurong Island & some places we may not be able to meet)
